Can I request cancel my order?
Can, in condition after 5 working days, MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD was not able to release credentials to you. With subject to MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD internal management approval and case to case basis.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by logging into your account and filling in the refund online form available on MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD website or mobile application and/or calling our hotline at 0143381343 after 5 working days do not receive update from MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD. (“Return Period”).
MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD management have the right to reject the refund request with condition,
- System show Credentials released to user via email in the same day or Max 5 working days
- User registered wrong email address, caused MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD unable issue credentials accordingly.
- User is not the registered customers
- User request the refund toward non original payment method
- User utilise product to perform an action, which create commercial value to his/her entity.
- Products purchase must return in good condition otherwise follow product warranty stated.

Detailed Steps to return/cancel order
You may follow these steps to return or cancel your order:
- Contact our hotline 0143381343
- Inform your request to return/cancel to the staff
- Login to your account on MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD website or mobile application
- Go to your order and click return
- Complete, print and enclose in email to mayconcretearts@gmail.com
- The refund will be credit back to the original payment method(Credit/Debit Card/ e-wallet/ FPX/Online banking) within 7 to 14 working days after MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD acknowledge and accepted the refund request
Alter/Conclude
MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude this clause at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant, user, or customer is found to be abusing this, MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD has the right to terminate their cancellation rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of MYBUILDES CE SDN BHD is final
